Our Directors
Courtney Normand - Studio Director
Courtney was invited to become our studio director in 2017. With over 25 years of dance experience, Courtney continues to teach lessons at The Dance Company and is a has experience choreographing for local community theater productions. Courtney is an alumni of of Pioneer Valley Preforming Arts School and alumni member of PVPA's Catalyst Company and The Dance Company. Courtney is an active member of the National Dance and Affiliated Arts Association (NADAA). Courtney is a director of the Dance Nuova Performing Company. |

Arianna Malafronte - Assistant Director
Arianna was invited to become our studio director in 2017 and transitioned to assistant director in 2024. She is a practicing Licensed Clinical Social Worker, using her knowledge of child development and social emotional learning to help create a safe and welcoming space for our dancers, in addition to her knowledge of danced gained through over 20 years of experience. Arianna serves as our coordinator for all student teaching assistants. Arianna is an active member of the National Dance and Affiliated Arts Association (NADAA). Arianna is a director of the Dance Nuova Performing Company. |
