Our Directors
Courtney Normand
Courtney was invited to become our studio director in 2017 under the discretion of founder, Lori Lemieux. With over 20 years of dance experience, Courtney continues to teach lessons at The Dance Company and is a contracted choreographer for several local theaters, including St. Michael's Players of East Longmeadow, Enfield's Opera House, and West Springfield High School's drama club. Courtney is an alumni of of Pioneer Valley Preforming Arts School and alumni member of PVPA's Catalyst Company and The Dance Company. Courtney is an active member of the National Dance and Affiliated Arts Association. Courtney is a director of the Dance Nuova Performing Company. This year, Miss Courtney will be teaching all Acro classes, Senior Jazz, Broadway, and Contemporary! |

Arianna Malafronte
Arianna was invited to become our studio director in 2017 under the discretion of founder, Lori Lemieux. She is a graduate of Westfield State University with her Master's in Social Work, using her knowledge to help create a safe and welcoming space for our dancers, in addition to her knowledge of danced gained through over 20 years of experience. Arianna serves as our coordinator for all student teaching assistants. Arianna is an active member of the National Dance and Affiliated Arts Association. Arianna is a director of the Dance Nuova Performing Company. This year, Miss Ari will be teaching Petite & Junior Ballet, Lyrical, Hip Hop & Tumble, and Tap & Ballet Combo! |
